Solar PV Roofer

The Role

We are looking for a talented Solar PV Roofer to join our installation team.

The day-to-day role will involve travelling to sites in a designated region in a branded company vehicle, installing solar PV panels on our customers’ homes, farms and businesses in line with building regulations, SEAI and health and safety.

Working Area

Leinster, Carlow, Laois, Kilkenny Kildare, Dublin, Wicklow

Responsibilities

• Installing solar PV systems, consisting of solar panels and mounting systems on domestic, commercial and agricultural roofs.
• Engage with homeowners and advise on works being undertaken or changes to initial scope of works.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Plan work on site in line with the planning, drawings & project requirements.
• Complete works in the allocated time, ensuring a high standard of work at all times.
• Compile, record, and submit all required documentation required for our project coordination and grants department.

Requirements

• Experience installing solar PV systems on various roof types
• Roofing/Carpentry qualification
• Full clean Category B Irish Driver License Required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with working team and customers where required
• Must be driven, ambitious and self-motivated
• Must have a passion for what you do and have pride in your work
