Spa Cleaner

Maryborough Hotel & Spa is seeking a reliable, hardworking and experienced Part-Time Spa Cleaner to join our team.

Our spa is a luxury environment where exceptionally high standards of cleanliness are an important part of the guest experience. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and can be relied upon to consistently maintain these standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys cleaning, works well independently and takes satisfaction in leaving an area spotless, organised and ready for our guests.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

• Thorough cleaning of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, thermal suite and changing facilities
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers, washrooms and guest areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing and polishing floors
• Cleaning surfaces, furniture, fixtures and fittings
• Emptying waste and laundry bins
• Completing regular deep-cleaning tasks
• Replenishing and maintaining guest areas as required
• Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures

Who We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to consistently commit to the advertised hours
• Previous professional cleaning experience, ideally within a hotel, spa, healthcare or similar environment
• A strong work ethic and pride in cleaning to a high standard
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise what needs to be done
• Comfortable working independently and managing cleaning responsibilities
• Professional and respectful around guests and colleagues

Previous professional cleaning experience is strongly preferred.

• Monday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
