We are currently inviting applications for a full-time and part-time Spa Therapist to join our team in the Killarney Park Hotel.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our five-star team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. You will be part of a professional and welcoming team. At the Killarney Park Hotel you will have the opportunity to progress and develop your skills

Duties:

• To provide all spa treatments to our clients to the highest of standards in line with Leading Hotels of The World.
• Demonstrate 5-star customer service to ensure all our guests leave feeling pampered, having received a memorable spa experience.
• To liaise with Spa therapists regarding guest requests or problems.
• Set up and close down the spa as per Leading Hotels of The World guidelines.
• Carry out a regular walk-through of the entire spa to ensure cleanliness, working facilities, adequate stock levels of guest amenities and linens, removal of dirty linen, candles lit and checking flower displays.
• Ensure treatment rooms are turned around quickly with the appropriate amenities and presentation.
• Removal of dirty linen from the spa without disturbing the client experience, delivering it to the relevant housekeeping area.
• Maintain the cleanliness and adequate stocking of the therapist preparation areas.

Requirements:

• Qualified to QQI Level 5&6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent
• Trained experience in facials and body treatments
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Fluency of the English language, both verbal and written, is essential
• Previous experience in a 5 Star is advantageous
