This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference, helping care-experienced young people aged 16+ live safely and independently within their community through Housing First support. You will provide 24/7 tailored support that promotes stability, resilience, and long-term independence, delivering flexible, person-centred interventions that help young people move forward from homelessness and build positive futures.
This role is varied and rewarding, supporting young people through challenges such as mental health, substance misuse, social isolation, tenancy sustainment, education, and developing life skills for independent living.

In this role, you will:
- Provide direct, holistic and strength-based support to young people, working in partnership with Social Services, Mental Health professionals, and external agencies.
- Build trusting relationships, supporting young people through complex and challenging situations while empowering them to manage their tenancy, finances, and personal development goals.
- Deliver outcome-focused support plans, risk assessments, and tenancy sustainment support to help young people maintain safe, stable homes and progress towards independence.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of supporting vulnerable young people or adults, particularly in areas such as mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, or independent living support.
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Commitment to a non-judgmental, person-centred and harm-minimisation approach.
- A full current driving licence or, if a disability prevents driving, an alternative means of transport to fulfil the duties of the role.
