Title of Post: Speech & Language Therapist, Staff Grade, HSE South West (Cork & Kerry)- Supplementary Campaign
Candidates who are graduating in 2026 are eligible to apply for this campaign.
Location of Post: HSE South West (Cork & Kerry)
Individual sites / location will be indicated at expression of interest stage to panel members for each individual job.
The role of Speech & Language Therapist Staff Grade is a key role in both community and acute health services in Ireland. Speech & Language Therapy services take place in both community and acute settings throughout the HSE.
A panel may be formed for the HSE South West Health Region (Cork & Kerry) as a result of this campaign for Speech & Language Therapist, Staff Grade from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
Details of Service:
The person appointed to the post will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering a coordinated approach to client care. They will be required to work as a key worker for particular cases.
Please note more post specific information will be provided to candidates at the ‘expression of interest’ stage of the recruitment process.
Purpose of Post:
To provide a high quality speech and language therapy service to the designated client group(s).
Can I apply for the new supplementary campaign?
Existing panel members are unable to apply for supplementary campaigns. However, if you wish to be considered as an applicant for the new supplementary campaign (SLTBG97921) you do have the option of removing yourself from the existing panel and re-applying for the new campaign. To remove yourself from the existing panel, you will need to email your request to Sinead.Daly@hse.ie before the closing date of the new supplementary campaign i.e. by 12 noon 4th June 2026
