Experience:

Looking for candidates with 4+ years’ experience in sponsorship, PR, marketing or communications agency. Due to growth on the team, we are looking for a passionate and creative Account Manager to be a part of our Sponsorship Team, helping to build and shape client's PR, marketing, and social plans, driving cutting-edge campaigns, and shaping the future of our industry. What we are looking for:

The winning candidate will have a natural interest in sport and culture, be self-motivated and be a natural relationship builder. The candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can work on and develop impactful sponsorship marketing campaigns and should have knowledge of the Irish sponsorship landscape, ideally with experience working in a sponsorship agency.

The candidate will play a key role creating and shaping clients plans, building strong relationships with clients by driving creativity and top-class client service. This key hire will be an excellent communicator both to clients and the internal team, love attention to detail & managing client budgets and be passionate about storytelling, PR and innovation, pushing to inspire your team to deliver a high standard of execution and new ways of doing things, all while having fun, being sound and enjoying the journey.

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing & communications; agency experience preferred
  • Experience in sports marketing or sponsorship
  • Culturally curious with a creative edge
  • Have a well-established circle of industry, editorial and third-party contacts just a phone call away
  • Experience with managing content creation, particularly for social
  • Passionate about PR – understands the value of PR and loves consuming media
  • A natural problem solver with a natural aptitude to find a plan B under deadline, to deliver for your client
  • Ability to both create and execute plans in a hands-on way
  • Highly organised, have a positive mindset and be a great team player
  • Naturally ambitious with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience in business development and contributing to both business and client grow
  • Nice to have: a sports fan with a particular skew towards gaelic games
