Join us as a Sponsorship & Brand Activation Executive
We’re looking for a Sponsorship & Brand Activation Executive to join Three's Sponsorship Team. This role will focus on managing all ticketing across our music partnerships, including 3Arena, 3Olympia, and Electric Picnic. It’s a detail-heavy, deadline-sensitive position that requires someone who’s calm under pressure and comfortable with admin. This role reports to our Senior Sponsorship Manager.

What else it involves
- Ticketing Coordination
- Maintain a weekly and monthly tracker of shows and events, including:
- Ticket tiers and allocations
- Key events, takeovers, and festivals (EP, Vital)
- Notes such as early access, catering, or guest experience info
- Manage internal ticket allocations and communicate changes as needed.
- Systems & Platform Management
- Set up events on Zkipster and manage end-to-end guest list process.
- Upload lists and send email communications through Zkipster.
- Oversee the Three Music Tickets Hub, including reviewing and processing all ticket requests.
- Guestlist & Comms
- Upload guestlists and issue communications promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with the PR team and the Sponsorship & Sales inbox (threetickets@three.ie) to manage spare ticket allocations.
- Leasing with senior stakeholders including CLT on ticketing requests.
- Respond to ticketing queries in a timely, professional manner—even outside of standard working hours when required.
The skills we're looking for
- Outstanding attention to detail—nothing gets past you.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to take calls or handle urgent issues outside regular working hours (particularly around live events).
- A genuine interest in live music and brand experiences is a must.
