THIS ROLE IS A FOR A FIXED TERM OF UP TO 12 MONTHS INITIALLY, WHICH MAY BECOME PERMANENT AT A LATER STAGE IF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS EXIST.

JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Staff Excellence Manager within Housing Services Central Unit, the post holder will be a key member of the Staff Excellence Team within the Business Excellence unit. They are required to use innovative learning approaches employing a range of techniques to optimise learning outcomes and best use of resources and have confident and effective written and verbal communication skills. The Staff Excellence Team Leader will lead, monitor and support Staff Excellence officers in the planning, development and delivery of training to staff in various locations throughout the Housing Executive, on a range of estate services* and associated functions including maintenance training.
The post holder will be required to work in close partnership with the Estate Services policy team and Asset Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. i) Hold a degree level qualification (level 6) or equivalent in a relevant construction/building discipline PLUS have at least 2 years’ relevant* post qualification experience
OR
ii) Exceptionally, candidates who do not have the above level of qualification but who have 3 years’ relevant* experience may also be considered
*Relevant experience to Estate Management/Services includes technical expertise and experience, proportionate to the role & grade, in both property & estate management and stakeholder engagement and consultation relating to adaptations, Response, Planned & Grounds maintenance.
Candidates must include dates to demonstrate the required years’ experience.
