St. Michael’s House is growing, and we are recruiting Staff Nurses to join our team across various services.

St. Michael’s House is a leading community-based organisation providing a person-centred human rights-based service to individuals with intellectual disabilities. St. Michael’s House provides a comprehensive range of services and supports to men, women, and children with disabilities and their families in 170 locations in the greater Dublin Area. Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse and active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Up to 3 months' experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• A commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities aligned with the values of St. Michael’s House. This must be clearly demonstrated in your CV, cover letter, and interview.
• Understanding of Health Act 2007, HIQA standards, and Interim New Directions.
• Experience in management of complex health needs and positive behaviour support is desirable.
• Commitment to person-centred, rights-based support.
• A strong focus on building respectful, collaborative relationships and working as part of a supportive team.

Salary scale : HSE consolidated salary scale for Staff NursePoint 1: €37,788 - Point 13: €56,032 LSI
