STAFF NURSE(S) – THEATRE DEPARTMENT

Recruitment Panel – Permanent Full-Time & Part-Time

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Staff Nurses for inclusion on our Theatre Department Recruitment Panel.

The panel will be used to fill permanent full-time and part-time Staff Nurse positions within the Theatre Department as vacancies arise. Opportunities may be available across Scrub & Circulating and Anaesthetics & Recovery.

Successful candidates appointed from the panel will join an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering safe, high-quality and patient-centred care throughout the perioperative journey.

Essential Requirements:

• Be registered on the Live Register in the General Division of the Register of Nurses as maintained by the NMBI.
• Have a minimum of 1 year’s post registration experience in an acute setting in the last 3 years.
• Previous experience in Scrub, Circulating, Anaesthetics and/or Recovery.
• Candidates must demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development.

Desirable Requirements:

A recognised professional qualification in Theatre/Perioperative Nursing.
