The Grade V Staff Officer will be a key member of the Finance Management Team, providing leadership to ensure the operational management and service-delivery targets of the Finance Department are met. The post-holder will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Salaries function. The post-holder may also be required to provide support to other Finance functions as required.
