Here, at the NRH, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our expanding Pharmacy team.

Would you like to be involved in expanding our use of digital solutions to support and enhance safe patient care? You will have the opportunity to be involved in the recently launched electronic healthcare record and ePMA within the NRH and also maintaining a patient facing clinical commitment.

This is a collaborative position between the EPR (Electronic Patient Record) team and the Pharmacy Department. The position is split 0.5 WTE Informatics and 0.5 WTE Clinical Pharmacy. The purpose of this post is to administer, maintain and further develop the ePMA Solution for both users and stakeholders. You will also operate and develop clinical pharmaceutical services to the patients of the NRH within an evidence-based quality and interdisciplinary healthcare environment.

· The NRH is externally accredited by CARF (Commission for Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities), an internationally recognised independent accreditation system.

The candidate must, on the latest date for receiving completed application forms for the office, possess:

  • BSc (Pharm) M.P.S.I
  • Registration with the PSI (Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland).

Desirable:

  • Previous Hospital experience
