About the Role

Store-All Logistics is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our growing team. This is a key position responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of stock control operations across the warehouse.You’ll play a vital role in maintaining compliance with industry standards while supporting day-to-day logistics and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records

  • Manage Goods In / Goods Out processes and documentation

  • Create and issue pick lists and movement reports

  • Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies, including investigation into missing stock

  • Respond to customer queries and provide timely updates, supporting a customer base of approximately 14 clients

  • Prepare reports, dockets, and invoicing documentation, including running reports for finance

  • Support warehouse operations as needed, including rolling up your sleeves and assisting the team on the floor

  • Assist with planning and scheduling of warehouse activities

  • Ensure confidentiality of all client information

Compliance & Standards

  • Adhere to all GDP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, and company SOPs

  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance

  • Ensure all systems, documentation, and processes are up to date and audit-ready

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a stock control or warehouse environment

  • Experience dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible and willing to work overtime when required

  • Willingness to be hands-on and support operational tasks when needed

  • Manual Handling, PPT, or Counterbalance certification

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (essential)

  • VNA experience

Working Hours

  • The site operates between 07:00 and 17:30. Your working hours will follow a rotating weekly pattern:

    • Week 1: 07:00 – 15:30

    • Week 2: 09:00 – 17:30
