What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep our warehouse running efficiently by maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.
- Prepare and carry out stock takes and cycle counts to ensure everything balances as it should.
- Work closely with teams across the business — including Customer Services, Account Managers, Brand Managers, and Warehouse Supervisors — to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
- Track and share KPI information, helping the team stay informed and on target.
- Ensure stock is rotated correctly (FEFO – First Expiry, First Out) and that the shortest dated stock is supplied first.
- Investigate discrepancies and follow through until issues are resolved.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with SOPs, GDP, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and actively support ongoing business improvements.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- At least one year’s experience in an operational or stock control role – experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Solid IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (Power BI knowledge would be an advantage).
- Familiarity with SAP EWM or ECC systems is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent follow-through and accuracy.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach – you’re happy to take initiative and support flexible hours when required.
- A positive attitude, strong customer focus, and commitment to delivering great service.
