What will you be doing?

As Store Manager, you’ll take the lead in creating a store that customers love and a team that takes pride in what they do.

• Lead and inspire: Motivate, coach and develop your team to deliver their best.
• Drive performance: Take ownership of sales, store KPIs and commercial results.
• Create a great customer experience: Lead by example and make exceptional service part of everything you do.
• Bring the store to life: Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, product presentation and promotions.
• Make things happen: Organise deliveries, manage day-to-day operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Build a winning team: Create a positive, supportive environment where people work together to achieve shared goals.

What are we looking for?

• Previous retail management experience is essential.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• A commercial mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.
• A keen eye for detail, merchandising and store standards.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.

Experience in fashion, jewellery or giftware would be an advantage.
