About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, and daily running of your store. You’ll motivate and develop your team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure your store operates to the highest standards across sales, service, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
Be Customer Focused
- Ensure a customer‑first culture where every interaction feels personal and positive.
- Coach your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and problem‑solve.
- Support customers in discovering lifestyle‑enhancing solutions through engaging conversations.
- Promote self‑service through the My3 app with a “show, not do” approach.
Be Brave
- Own store KPIs across sales, stock, service, and audit.
- Motivate and coach your team to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Stay informed on product updates, competitor trends, and industry changes.
- Identify improvements in processes, customer experience, or store operations — and take initiative to drive change.
Be One Team
- Build a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Support change and guide your team through new ways of working.
- Participate in wider business projects related to people, performance, and customer experience.
Be Kind
- Manage with empathy and fairness, creating a positive atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
- Uphold high store standards including stock presentation, layout, compliance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure adherence to Data Protection and Retail Loss Prevention policies.
- Acknowledge effort, celebrate wins, and recognise contributions across the team.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience managing a retail team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and people‑management skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Comfortable with operational responsibilities including stock, audits, admin, and compliance.
- Comfortable supporting through change while maintaining high standards.
