The role
Working as part of the Stores team based in our Global Headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for co-ordinate and process documentation, material queries and requests received into the Stores department. This will include Inventory control transactions, liaising with couriers and carriers regarding material coming in and communicating with Production, Purchasing, Scheduling, Project Managers and Account Managers with regard to their material requirements. The post holder will be the main internal contact for all Stores related queries.

Essential Criteria
  • Degree (or equivalent) qualification OR Significant experience in similar role may be considered in lieu of academic requirements
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous experience of data analysis

Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
  • Previous experience of using computerised inventory systems
  • Previous experience of GDP and GMP
  • Previous experience in the creation of Technical Documents.
