Student Engagement Officer, Learning Mentor

To proactively lead the development and embedding of an outstanding College Mentoring Programme which addresses the needs of students who require support in overcoming barriers to learning thereby enabling them to achieve their full potential. The Learning Mentor will work directly with identified individuals or groups of students to help overcome barriers to learning, improve retention and raise achievement. The Mentoring Programme is a key element of the College’s Retention and Achievement Strategy.
