Student Engagment Mentor

As part of the Student Experience team, your role will be vital in helping our students achieve their full potential through maximising their attendance, and the opportunities presented to them in the learning environment.

The main focus of the Student Engagement Mentor is to assist those students who may be at risk of not succeeding in their course, either due to non-attendance or other pastoral issues. You will be expected to use a raft of unobtrusive intervention strategies to help bring these students back on track and help them get the best possible personal outcomes.

You will also be the point of contact on each campus for Student Services, providing a key signposting function to help students overcome learning barriers.
