Student Inclusion Co-ordinator

To coordinate and support the development of the College’s approach to Inclusive Learning and related learning support processes, ensuring a consistent, high-quality and learner-centred approach across all campuses and areas of provision. The postholder will work collaboratively with curriculum teams, support services and external stakeholders to promote inclusive teaching, effective support arrangements and positive learner outcomes, enabling students with additional learning needs, disabilities and neurodiverse profiles to access, participate in and progress successfully through their educational journey Operational service delivery, individual case decisions and line management will remain with the relevant managers and specialist staff.
