We are looking for an Assistant Manager to drive the continued success of our Kildare store!

Responsibilities

Working at LK Bennett is more than just a job, by becoming one our Assistant Manager you will be at the forefront of our luxury business. Our Assistant Manager is responsible for driving their business, supporting and developing highly engaged teams and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our customer is at the centre of everything we do. Working alongside your Manager you will be responsible for driving KPI results across your store, taking a commercial approach, customers experiencing exceptional service, having knowledgeable efficient teams and visual and operational excellence is maintained to maximise sales and create customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Retail managerial experience, preferably within luxury.
• Have a passion for Fashion
• The ability to demonstrate examples of achieving results and KPI’s.
• Must be flexible weekdays and weekends
