Maxi Zoo is Ireland’s largest pet retailer with 34 stores in the Republic of Ireland – located in Westmeath (Mullingar), Tipperary (Clonmel), Wexford (Gorey), Carlow, Waterford, Cork (Ballincollig, Blackpool, Mahon, Midleton & Turners Cross), Dublin (Blanchardstown, Coolock, Finglas, Tallaght Arena, Tallaght Belgard, Liffey Valley, Omni, Leopardstown & Nutgrove), Kildare (Naas, Newbridge & Maynooth), Wicklow (Bray), Limerick, Longford, Louth (Drogheda and Dundalk), Meath (Ashbourne and Navan), Sligo, Kerry (Tralee & Killarney) and Laois (Portlaoise).

We are recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Maynooth store.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or keyholder.
• A genuine love for animals, someone whose heart lights up at the sight of a wagging tail or a purring companion.
• Passionate about making each customer's visit unforgettable, tailoring recommendations to meet the unique needs of every pet and their owner.
• Team spirit is essential; being part of our pet-loving family means fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected

What you will do:

· Customer Engagement- Enrich customers' experiences with personalised advice and uphold a welcoming, tidy store atmosphere.

· Merchandising and Inventory- Curate an enticing shopping experience by ensuring shelves stocked with full product availability to minimise inventory discrepancies and maintain high inventory quality

· Team Champion- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, inspire and guide the sales team as a trusted keyholder by sharing your product knowledge, fostering a culture of support and open communication.

· Band Integrity- Achieve targets keeping the pets needs at the forefront of everything we do.
