Supervisor, Ophthalmology

We are currently recruiting for a permanent full time (35 hours per week) Grade V Supervisor in the Ophthalmology Department. The purpose of the role is to:

• Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the Values of the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital.
• Lead the administrative support team in the provision of administrative support services to specific clinical specialties in the department in addition to providing a cross cover service as required.
• Be responsible for the line management of the administration staff within the Sub Specialities in Ophthalmology involved in providing the following administrative support function and mentoring staff.
• Provide cross cover for Supervisor in DRT.
