Supplier Administrator

Agilent is seeking an organized and proactive Supplier Administrator to join our Service Delivery team. In this dynamic role, you will facilitate procurement, vendor administration, and financial reconciliation for Enterprise customers. As a key point of contact for both internal teams and third-party vendors, you will ensure seamless administration of supplier information, compliance with internal controls, and efficient coordination of service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage supplier and vendor data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including obtaining quotations, creating purchase orders, and reconciling supplier spending for Enterprise accounts.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Agilent teams and third-party vendors, addressing service requests, documentation, and escalations.
  • Assess vendors for quality-of-service delivery and cost-effectiveness to ensure optimal outcomes for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to drive customer success and operational excellence. 
Qualifications
  • Third-level qualification – finance/accounting/commercial background favorable
  • Ability to take ownership, and have a positive attitude
  • Proven ability to solve problems and multi-task.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle customer and vendor-related requests via telephone, email, web. 
  • Highly Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet / SAP beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written & listening.
  • Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).
