Supplier Quality Intern (Graduate Program)

Job Description Summary

This is a 2-Year work program which will involve working on various process improvement projects within the Global Supplier Quality Team in GEHC PDx. This will include optimising the management of Quality Assurance Agreements with suppliers and working with the Supplier Quality Team to maintain compliance. It will also include opportunities to participate in & learn the Supplier Quality processes.

Job Description
  • Participate in Global Supplier Quality Continuous improvement activities.
  • Work with Supplier Quality Leads, Category Managers & Suppliers to review, progress, track & manage QA Agreements.
  • Support Supplier Quality Compliance Lead in metrics/KPI generation & reporting.
  • Assist in progression of actions from Continuous Improvement activities – such as procedural updates
  • Support Supplier Quality Team as required.

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Bachelors Degree in Science discipline (or non-technical degree with significant experience in manufacturing, engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience or quality assurance experience, or an Associate’s Degree with major manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance experience) or equivalent knowledge or experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel Powerpoint.
