We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from supplier to customer, coordinating logistics, inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, third-party logistics providers, hauliers, and customers to ensure products are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer order processing, ensuring orders are entered accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, liaising with hauliers, suppliers, and third-party warehouse providers.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
- Track deliveries and resolve any supply chain disruptions, delays, or customer service issues.
- Prepare and manage all relevant documentation, including Proofs of Delivery (PODs), export documentation, stock records, and shipping paperwork.
- Support warehouse operations and provide guidance, training, and supervision where required.
- Produce and analyse supply chain KPIs and operational reports, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with production, sales, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support quality and compliance procedures, including SOP adherence, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication and a solutions-focused approach.
Essential Criteria
- Experience within a logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or despatch environment.
- Proven experience in customer order processing and delivery coordination.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transport logistics.
- Experience working with hauliers, freight providers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong administrative skills with experience managing shipping documentation and stock records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems, particularly for order processing, inventory control, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively across departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience supervising or training warehouse staff.
- Knowledge of export processes and documentation.
- Experience using ERP, warehouse management, or stock control systems.
