Role Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the performance of suppliers and subcontractors within a facilities management environment. The role acts as the central point of contact for supply chain partners, ensuring that planned and reactive maintenance works are progressed efficiently, response times are achieved, completion dates are confirmed, and all required documentation is received and maintained.
The position is focused on progressing works through proactive communication with suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining regular updates, monitoring service delivery against agreed SLAs, and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed in line with operational requirements, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
