This permanent, full-time role begins with a structured 2-year programme that includes rotational placements across different teams and functions. From day one, you’ll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions. Our Supply Chain and Customer Care Program
Supply Chain and Customer Care are at the core of our operations, seamlessly connecting the transformation of raw materials to the final product delivered to our customers, while ensuring outstanding customer experience. By collaborating closely with both our customers and internal teams, you’ll master the intricacies of one of the most complex supply chains and develop strong, positive relationships with customers.
In this role, you’ll be a vital link, coordinating between Production, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Care. Your efforts will ensure that Kerry meets customer demands by efficiently balancing materials and finished goods, while providing professional, timely, and effective communication with our customers.
Our past graduates have successfully advanced into roles such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Customer Care Management, and Purchasing Management.

What you might be doing
Supporting Supply Chain Management: Enhance the team’s effectiveness by implementing key Supply Chain principles and challenging existing practices.
Customer Account Management: Maintain professional, timely, and effective communication with customers. Manage customer accounts, handle queries, and provide commercial support.
Order & Request Management: Manage customer orders and requests in line with company procedures, suggesting process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Involvement: Lead projects to ensure best practice Supply Chain and Customer Service rollouts, while also tackling site-wide challenges and initiatives that impact the entire business.
Service Issue Resolution: Resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, investigating root causes, finding solutions, and escalating appropriately.
Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain teams, manufacturing plants, and all departments including the commercial team to deliver top-tier service and world-class customer experience.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced planning and logistics systems to leverage big data, draw insights across our supply chain networks and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Support the collection of information to help implement improvements across the business.
Skill Application: Apply your expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, Logistics & Transportation planning, and Customer Service to secure on-time, in-full deliveries through our end-to-end supply chain.
Flexibility: Remain fully flexible to meet changing business needs.
Do you have what it takes?
You’re currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, or Business and Technology
You’re ambitious, curious, and can’t wait to put your talents into action.
You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
You’re a graduate or a soon-to-be graduate.
You’re fluent in English and ideally another European language.
You’re eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to*
You’re open to traveling and relocating.
* Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
