The Role

The Supply Chain Solutions Global Trainer is responsible for developing and overseeing training activities related to strategic services supported by the Supply Chain Solutions and Pharmacy Services teams. This includes developing training materials, facilitating global training, delivering training on Supply Chain concepts and digital systems, maintaining training curricula, supporting client workshops and webinars, evaluating and improving training effectiveness, and staying updated on industry standards.

In summary, the Supply Chain Solutions Global Trainer plays a crucial role in developing and overseeing training activities. The role also includes maintaining performance metrics, and traveling to different locations for face-to-face training and train-the-trainer sessions.

Working Pattern

You will work 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday, flexible working and hybrid working options available (terms & conditions apply).

Criteria

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK
  • Degree (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in the development of educational content and delivery of training
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical supplies, or healthcare industry
