· Indefinite Duration

· H.S.E. funded

· Based inHarold’s Cross, Blackrock & Wicklow

The post holder will manage the support services team, staff, contractors and volunteers in the delivery of quality services to patients, residents, visitors and clients in accordance with HIQA and National Standards and in line with budgetary allocation

Essential Requirements

Qualifications:

· A Degree (FETAC Level 8) or Diploma (FETAC Level 7) in Support and Catering Management or equivalent.

· Train The Trainer (FETAC Level 6) or equivalent

· Certificate in Food Safety & HACCP (FETAC Level 5) or equivalent

· Have a full driver’s license

Experience:

· Minimum of three years current middle management experience in Healthcare and/or Hospitality sector.

· Knowledge of and experience in the Management and delivery of National and legislative standards

· Experience in the management of a diverse team.

· Experience in managing a quality food service in accordance with HACCP.

· Proficient in all Microsoft packages

· Microsoft Office, Word/ Excel / Access

Desirable Requirements

Qualifications:

· ECDL or equivalent

· Certified Health & Safety Training.

· BICSc Accredited

· Qualification or equivalent

Experience:

· Experience in preparation for independent audit and /or accreditation. (JCI, Q Mark or equivalent).

· To assist in the planning and mobilisation of minor and major capital projects

· To assist in the delivery of Performance Management systems
