• Based in Harold’s Cross
The post holder will supervise all Support Services teams working closely with the General Support Services Manager, Support Services Manager and relevant contractors, to ensure that an excellent service is maintained and improved within Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services. The post holder will assist in the management and development of all mandatory and local training for the department.
Essential Requirements
Qualifications:
• Certificate in Food Safety & HACCP.
• Certified Health & Safety Training.
• Qualification equivalent to Certificate in Supervisory Management.
Experience
• Experience in a supervisory role of a large team.
• Experience in environmental hygiene standards.
• Relevant knowledge of conducting Internal Audits and implementing corrective action.
• Experience in Supervision of Meal Service in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Experience working in a unionised environment.
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages. Microsoft Office, Word/ Excel / Access
Desirable Requirements
Qualifications
• Working towards a Third Level Qualification i.e. Diploma.
Expereince
• Experience in preparation for independent audit and /or accreditation. (JCI, Q Mark or similar)
• Experience in in-putting SAP or similar payroll system for a large number of staff.
