Support Workers

The Collective Sensory Group is a lead disability service provider in Wexford, catering for both children and adult services.

We are now seeking 2x Support Workers to join our team in Wexford with an immediate start. 

All of our services are provided with a therapeutic goal in place that is person-centred and aimed at improving quality of life.

All staff receive guidance and support from our clinical team, which comprises social care workers, Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Psychologists.

All staff access ongoing training, mandatory clinical supervision, peer supervision and yoga on Tuesday morning as a team activity (optional)

Duties:

• Supporting young adults with disabilities

Goals will include:

• Behaviour strategies
• Social opportunities
• Increasing activities of daily living.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Excellent English
• Experience with challenging behaviour
• Full clean drivers licence
• Minimum of level 5 in Health Care

Working hours will be carried out in 4 hour shifts 4 evenings per week.

It would ideally suit someone in full-time third-level education.

Rate of pay: €20 per hour + fuel expenses.
