Sustainability Development Officer

To support the College’s sustainability commitments by working collaboratively with the Estates and Projects teams to coordinate the implementation of sustainability action plans and policies. The role provides operational, analytical and coordination support to enable the achievement of sustainability targets within the College Development Plan. This includes contributing to the development of carbon reduction, climate action and net‑zero plans under the direction of the Estates Manager; providing guidance, data analysis and progress reporting; supporting engagement and awareness activities; and assisting with the delivery of sustainability projects. The postholder also contributes to statutory, regulatory and ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with legislation, sectoral standards and audit requirements.
