As Sustainability Reporting and Disclosures Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Sustainability Delivery and Assurance Senior Manager in leading the PTSB¿s non-financial disclosure programming. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation¿s sustainability reporting, ensuring that all activity is aligned with the Bank¿s Ambition, Purpose, Culture and Business Strategy.

In addition, you will engage in regular regulatory horizon scanning and will act as a trusted sustainability adviser to Senior Management and the wider business, utilising your experience across several domains to ensure that the right structures and processes are in place for the organisation to meet its regulatory and voluntary disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of all PTSB¿s non-financial reporting, drafting and managing the inputs for key disclosures such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Report, Pillar 3 ESG Templates and annual CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project) submission, amongst others.
  • Be the subject matter expert in non-financial reporting, working cross functionally with key stakeholders to compile content, while ensuring that there is alignment across all disclosures.
  • Work with the Bank¿s External Reporting Team and Financial Auditor to ensure that the organisation¿s non-financial disclosures receive limited assurance on an annual basis, where required.
  • Conduct regular peer benchmarking, bringing insights back to the Bank and ensuring that relevant activity is built into disclosure programming, with a view to meeting best practice.

Requirements:

  • Experience in non-financial regulatory reporting essential, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Pillar 3 ESG Templates and CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project).
  • Good understanding of international frameworks (Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Principles for Responsible Banking (UNPR), UN Global Compact, amongst others, and how to implement them within an organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge supportively and effectively.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of bringing people together and inspiring strong collaboration within an organisation. Must have the ability to write clearly and effectively.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for sustainability.

This is a permanent role based in Dublin.(Hybrid options available within the Republic of Ireland)
