Job Summary
To be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and structured programme of swimming lessons. To promote physical well-being and improved health through swimming teaching activities.
Hours of work
18.5 hours per week
The post holder must be prepared to work outside normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, and Public and extra Statutory Holidays for which the appropriate payment will be made or time in lieu granted if relevant.

Wednesday 9.15am - 6.30pm
Location if different posts
Location is Kilkeel Leisure Centre.
Kilkeel Leisure Centre is currently undergoing refurbishment and is closed for a temporary period whilst these works are undertaken. These posts may be temporarily based at an alternative location during the refurbishment — Down Leisure Centre. The permanent base will be Kilkeel Leisure Centre once the refurbishment is complete.
Salary
Scale 5, SCP 14-19, currently £30,515 – £33,119 per annum based on 36 hour week (pro rata to hours worked).
