Our E-Business continues to expand, incorporating vending technology, scanners, on-line sales and selling, coupled with social and video marketing.
Our strength is our Direct Sales Force of which we have the largest in Ireland with over 100 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company’s headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate T-Commerce Executive to join our growing team. Following the integration of our eBusiness and Telesales departments, this role is crucial in bridging the two areas and ensuring a seamless, unified approach to customer engagement and sales.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the T-Commerce Department through the execution of marketing initiatives and administrative tasks. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Leverage digital marketing channels and analytics tools to gather actionable insights, helping the telesales team convert leads into sales.
· Monitor customer sign-ups in real-time, proactively engaging with online leads to secure payments and ensure smooth onboarding.
· Follow up with new and prospective customers, promoting our digital platforms and customer contact tools.
· Champion a dual-touchpoint strategy by engaging with high-value customers daily to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and maintain service excellence.
· Take full ownership of marketing pack development—from concept to delivery. This includes creation, compilation, distribution, and post-campaign evaluation and reporting.
· Collaborate with digital marketers to develop landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and more to promote our products and services.
· Coordinate, execute, and report on WhatsApp Business campaigns via our company platform.
· Provide general support for team marketing initiatives, admin duties, and other tasks as assigned by your line manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
· A proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
· Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· High level of attention to detail, with solid analytical and reporting skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.

Location: Remote working offered with role.
Salary: €33,600 OTE
