Talent Acquisition Business Partner
About This Role:
eir is currently searching for Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to join our Recruitment team on a 12 month FTC.
The TABP acts as a strategic liaison between the HR team and business units, ensuring alignment of recruitment strategies with organisational goals. They will leverage the market insights and data to drive talent acquisition efforts, enhance the candidate experience and support hirinf managers in achieving their staffing objectives.

Expectations From The Role:Collaborate with business managers to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
Advise on market trends, talent availability, and competitors’ hiring strategies.
Delivery of talent and diversity targets
Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
Foster relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Provide coaching and support throughout the selection process.
Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Promote eir’s employer brand and value proposition in the marketplace.
Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives and events.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance issues.
Hybrid working policy applies - the role holder is expected to be in Dublin office 3 days a week
3-5 years recruitment experience, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in-house experience recruiting roles across various business sectors
Track record of successfully implementing and delivering on direct hire strategies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Capability to collaborate with business managers up to L1/SMT
Excellent prioritisation skills
Outstanding interviewing skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
