The Role

The Talent Acquisition Team is growing, and we are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Scientific & Technical) to join our busy team.

Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team based in our Charnwood site in Loughborough, the successful candidate will ensure the provision of an efficient, effective, professional and comprehensive recruitment service. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that technical/scientific recruitment activities are aligned to business need.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA professional to partner with hiring managers to get an understanding of their hiring requirements and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our Charnwood site.

What we are looking for

· Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up employment in the UK

· BSc (or equivalent) level degree within a technical/scientific discipline

· Previous experience of working in a recruitment / talent acquisition role, to include recruiting for technical and/or scientific positions
