About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team. You will be supporting the team in the below dynamics:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, junior, and mid-level roles across engineering and support functions.
  • Post and manage job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers page.
  • Screen CVs and assist with initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Help manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners as needed.

Onboarding Support

  • Assist in the coordination of the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, pre-employment checks, and IT/equipment setup coordination.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Support the delivery of induction programmes and provide day-one HR support for new starters.
  • Liaise with internal departments (IT, Finance, Line Managers) to ensure readiness for each new joiner.

About you

You’re an enthusiastic and organised early-career professional with a genuine interest in recruitment and people operations. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have up to two years of experience in HR or recruitment, you're ready to take the next step and grow within a dynamic, supportive environment.

You thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy connecting with people, and are confident communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. You have an eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to your work.

You’re eager to learn, comfortable with juggling multiple tasks, and excited by the opportunity to support both recruitment and onboarding activities within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

A background or interest in the engineering or consultancy sector is a bonus, but not essential—what matters most is your willingness to learn and your drive to contribute to a growing team.

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Recruitment, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of LinkedIn usage.
  • Proficiency in ATS management
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools LinkedIn, BambooHR etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to contribute new ideas and adapt to changing market conditions.
