Talent Acquisition Specialist 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Trend Micro is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our European Recruitment team. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience, source top talent across diverse markets, and leverage market insights to shape hiring strategies.
You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, driving innovative sourcing approaches, and ensuring we attract the best talent for all business lines across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers
Act as the first point of contact for recruitment needs within your remit.
Support job profiling and craft compelling job descriptions that attract high-calibre candidates.
Advise on sourcing strategies and market trends to ensure successful outcomes.
End-to-End Recruitment
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, etc.).
Screen, select, and interview candidates; coordinate interviews and manage approvals for offers.
Conduct interviews via video, phone, or face-to-face.
Guide hiring managers on interview frameworks and decision-making processes.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
Work closely with HR Business Partners to align recruitment with future business needs.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build pipelines and deliver sourcing projects.
Research and implement creative sourcing techniques and tools.
Agency Management & Projects
Manage agency relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Contribute to recruitment and HR projects across regions as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment/sourcing, ideally in a corporate environment.
Background in IT hiring (Cybersecurity experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn expertise essential).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and trends.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, ICIMS, Workday).
