Description

TLI Group are accepting applications for a Talent & Capability Administrator The People & Capability Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of an efficient, professional, and employee-focused People function. The role is responsible for coordinating Talent administration activities, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with learning and development initiatives, and ensuring accurate people data across Talent systems.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment support

Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer administration.

Coordinate reference checks, right-to-work documentation, and pre-employment screening.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System in line with GDPR and company requirements.

Assist with recruitment reporting, vacancy tracking and recording recruitment metrics.

Learning & Development

Coordinate training programmes, workshops, and development programmes.

Assist in the management of training records and certification tracking.

Support the administration, evaluation and reporting of mandatory compliance training.

Assist with the coordination of career development and talent initiatives.

Talent Systems & Data Management

Maintain accurate people and learning data within Sage People or other Talent systems.

Produce routine reports, people metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making and workforce planning.

Support system audits, testing, process improvements, and implementation of new functionality.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across Talent platforms.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Assist with employee recognition programmes and company events.

Coordinate administration related to performance reviews and development discussions.

Support wellbeing and diversity initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

Essential 

  • Strong organisational and planning skills. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. 

  • Experience maintaining confidential records and data. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 

Desirable 

  • Experience using HRIS systems such as Sage People or similar. 
  • Previous administration experience within Talent, recruitment, learning and development, or a related function. 
  • Experience coordinating training programmes or learning initiatives. 

  • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and Talent best practices. 

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
