The Opportunity
The Talent Senior Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the effective delivery of a future-focused Talent strategy, analysing and identifying talent trends, assessing workforce needs, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance key talent, performance and development outcomes.
- Embed data-driven, technology-enabled approach to support successful development and delivery of market-led talent strategy.
- Analyse complex data sets, trends and patterns to identify current and future workforce, skill and capability needs to enable business growth.
- Prepare enterprise-wide reports addressing diverse audience needs. Provide data-driven insights to support the development and effective implementation of strategies and solutions.
- Ensure optimized delivery of key talent, performance and development processes, adopting a continuous improvement and integrated talent mindset.
- Execute robust talent planning initiatives, including workforce planning, talent assessments, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Support on strategic review and execution of Early Careers to ensure we attract, develop and build a sustainable pipeline of talent globally.
- Assist in defining future approach to performance development and career pathing, leveraging technology and organisational frameworks to better enable performance and career growth.
- Maximize technology platform investments to support strategy and process delivery (e.g., Talent Intelligence Hub, SuccessFactors).
- Establish and maintain analytics and measurement frameworks, partnering with wider CoE team.
The Skills you will bring to the team
- Bachelor's / master's degree in HR, Business, Analytics or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, talent management, or a related role.
- Build and deliver data-driven talent and capability solutions to address diverse global needs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to changing needs.
- High level of proficiency in reporting, presentations, data analytics tools and software (e.g., PPT, Excel, People Analytics).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present clearly and concisely.
- Experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
