Grade V Talent Partner

Reports To: Senior HR Business Partner / HR Director

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, HR role or talent acquisition
  • A qualification Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related discipline
  • Advanced Microsoft office skillset

AND/ OR

  • Experience within the Recruitment team within HSE/Tusla /Section 38 or 39
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skillset

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Coordinate job advertisements, screening, shortlisting and interview activities.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage offer administration, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
  • Process Garda Vetting, references, occupational health clearances and recruitment documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA, GDPR and organisational policies.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, workforce planning initiatives and employer branding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment records, reports and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate induction and onboarding programmes for new employees.
  • Support audits, quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives.
