TALENT SPECIALIST – CLERICAL IV
DUBLIN BASED – ST VINCENTS CENTRE NAVAN ROAD, DUBLIN 7
PERMANENT FULL-TIME & 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
(35 Hours Per Week)
Salary:€36,470- €56,018 (LSI*)
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience*

This pivotal role focuses on supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities, ensuring smooth Contract management, pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will collaborate closely with Talent Partners on talent management activities.
Essential:
- Two Years experience in a relevant administrative role and at least one year’s experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition or similar role
- Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing high volumes of recruitment activity
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, administration and organisational skills
- Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role
- Be self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
Desirable:
- Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, onboarding standards and vetting requirements
- Evidence of continuous professional development
