KNOW THE ROLE

As a Team Leader for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador and inspire a team to do the same. In your role, you are responsible for driving sales by achieving your personal sales target and leading your team to achieve their sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Christian Dior at all times.

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service. 

  • You will be driven and results orientated, seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and in store activity

  • Self-confident, you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your energy to actively seek new sales opportunities.

  • Through excellent communication skills, you will be able to identify key products that would suit the customers’ needs.

  • Immaculately groomed and presented, you will embody the elegance and luxury that customers have come to identify with Parfums Christian Dior.

  • Have experience in leading a small team within a luxury environment
