Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Turners Cross store.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintain high operational standards, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You will provide leadership, coaching, and direction to colleagues while helping to create a positive, engaging, and high-performing team environment.

This role combines responsibility for operational excellence, compliance, stock management, merchandising standards, administration, and customer service. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will take ownership of key store processes, support team development, and help drive the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Store Manager in delivering company objectives and maintaining a safe, compliant, and customer-focused store environment.

· Lead by example through excellent customer service and professional standards.

· Coordinate and oversee daily store activities to ensure key operational processes are completed effectively and to a high standard.

· Support, coach, and develop colleagues to build capability, confidence, and engagement across the team.

· Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

· Work collaboratively with other leaders to ensure continuity of operations and effective store performance.

· Act as a keyholder and support the secure and efficient operation of the store when required.

· Previous retail, customer service, or supervisory experience.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.
