Join a 50-year-old Irish homegrown landscaping business as a Landscaping Team Leader, where you’ll lead from the front, work outdoors and take real ownership of your team and your work. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be out on site working alongside your team, using your landscaping knowledge to organise the day, solve problems, maintain high standards and make sure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll need genuine professional landscaping experience, a practical approach and the confidence to lead others. You should enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, take pride in getting the job done properly and be someone who wants to keep learning and developing.

Position: Team Leader (Landscapes Department)

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Reporting to: Contracts Manager

Location: Cork City Area

• Is hard-working and reliable.
• Solid professional landscaping experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a landscaping team, or is ready to step up.
• Takes pride in the quality of their work.
• Organised, reliable and able to keep a team moving.
• Confident working with landscaping machinery and equipment.
• Can read and work from landscape plans/drawings.
• Communicates well with both their team and clients.
• Adheres to Company policies and procedures in relation to all aspects of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality.
• Adheres to clients site rules and regulations in relation to Health and Safety.

Safe Pass and full driving licence are essential.B+E/C+E, tractor, mini-digger, dumper, horticulture or additional landscaping qualifications are an advantage.
