Technical Analyst, QA Apprenticeship

Hallmark Solutions is a software development company in Northern Ireland with over 30 years’ experience developing Human Resource systems. We have over 200 clients across Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and the Republic of Ireland.

We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our support and development teams. The successful candidate will be an active and valued member of our support team, providing assistance in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our products and be committed to delivering quality service to our customers. They will also become part of our development team as the apprenticeship progresses.

Full training will be provided on the support function and product configuration prior to progression to the development team. You will also have the opportunity to learn so much more and gain practical experience of working within an ICT Company.

You will firstly be rotated throughout the organisation areas of support, service delivery, software quality assurance and configuration to enhance your learning, experience and personal development. You will progress to work closely with the software development team towards the second half of your apprenticeship. This role will provide successful candidates with an apprenticeship in which they work alongside every department in the software development company to gain a unique insight into every aspect of the organisation. The software development rotation will see you gain hands-on experience being a part of the exciting future of our products.
