Technical Facilities Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Facilities Engineer to manage planned and reactive maintenance activities and overall technical Facilities Management accounts for several client sites.

• Degree Qualified
• Minimum five years of relevant post-graduate experience in a facilities management role
• Proven experience of managing technical services (M&E, life safety, vertical transport, water services, etc.) across small and large-scale commercial sites
• Experience of being audited and knowledge of accreditation systems (ISO, etc.)
• Proven experience of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a commercial environment
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Strong IT skills and previous experience in using a CAFM system
• Strong financial management and reporting experience
• Excellent communication skills 

• Degree Qualified Engineer (Engineers Ireland or CIBSE).
