The Opportunity

Our Technical graduate opportunities are ideal for those who enjoy problem‑solving and working in fast‑paced, regulated environments. You’ll build technical capability and industry knowledge while contributing to real projects that support patient care worldwide.

Technical Specialists play a key role in supporting the introduction, development, and ongoing performance of pharmaceutical products and processes within packaging or manufacturing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are keen to apply their technical knowledge and work within a multi‑disciplinary team while building strong foundations for a long‑term technical career.

What you’ll learn and develop

  • Hands‑on experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes in a highly regulated environment
  • Exposure to validation, qualification, technology transfer and product lifecycle management activities
  • Development of strong technical problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent level qualification) in a scientific, engineering or related technical discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK, or possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK

Additional Requirements:

This role may require coverage beyond normal working hours. It is a condition of your employment that you can fulfil this requirement of the role.
